We integrate platforms
that don’t talk to each other, so your entire business
runs better

Type in the platforms you want to integrate

When your tech
talks your business moves faster

Integration connects your eCommerce platform with the systems your business relies on, from finance and inventory to customer data and fulfilment. It means information flows automatically, without manual input getting in the way.

When your platforms talk to each other, everything in your business works better.

When an order comes in, stock levels update, invoices are raised, and customer records are refreshed. Your fulfilment team gets the pick-and-pack details instantly. If stock is low, your purchasing system knows.

Nothing gets missed. No one has to retype the same details across five different places. It all happens automatically.

A connected workflow makes your business easier to run and easier to grow. You get a clearer view of what’s happening, so you can make faster, better decisions based on data, not guesswork.

Why businesses trust Rixxo for integration

We’ve integrated CRMs, ERPs, eCommerce platforms, finance systems and inventory tools for B2B businesses across the UK and Europe.

We understand how these systems behave and how to get them working together. We lead with planning, not assumptions.

That means we don’t jump to plugins, platforms or code before we understand how your business works. It saves time, cuts costs and avoids the mistakes that happen when people rush in with the wrong tool for the job.

We are platform agnostic with no tech stack bias or commissions. We recommend what fits by looking at your goals, your people, processes and how your business operates.

Businesses trust us because we treat every budget with care and focus on the changes that deliver return on investment.

You don’t have to work this out on your own

We’ve delivered hundreds of integrations and we know what works. We’ll guide you through it, step by step.

We get to know your business, and build
it right the first time

Integration should serve the business, not the tool.

We start with discovery. That means taking the time to understand your people, your processes and the platforms you already use.

We map how work flows through your business so we can see where the problems are, and what will fix them.

We assess both operations and features. A system might look good on paper, but if it slows your team down or forces awkward workarounds, it’s not the right fit.

By planning properly up front, we avoid the costly mistakes that come from assumptions. You get clarity, a better technical fit, and a more cost-effective platform integration.

Our four integration routes

The route you take depends on your business needs. Your people, your process and your platforms.

Route 1:
Extend what you have

If the platforms you’re using have APIs or well-built plugins, we start there.

It’s usually the fastest and most affordable way to go.

Where the plugin falls short, we’ll extend it. Where the API’s undocumented, we’ll find a way in. What matters is understanding what your systems need to say to each other and scoping it properly.

This route gets recommended most often.

Route 2:
Use a plugin
(when it fits)

Pre-built integrations can save time if they are properly assessed.

If a plugin meets your needs, we’ll say so. If it gets you part of the way, we’ll build on it. If it causes more problems than it solves, we’ll steer you clear.

Some plugins work out of the box. Some need a push. Either way, we’ll sort it.

Route 3:
iPaaS

iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) is a hosted service, which means you don’t manage the tool, someone else does.

It’s like renting a solution rather than owning it.

Zapier’s a common choice. A few zaps and you’re up and running. Other iPaaS tools handle more complex logic. They cost more, but they move faster.

If you’re going iPaaS, we’ll help you pick and set it up right.

Route 4:
Custom build

When off-the-shelf options don’t work because of proprietary systems, compliance rules or unique business logic, we build your integration from scratch.

That doesn’t mean big bills or long timelines. With the right brief, we’ll show you what’s possible, what it saves and when it pays back.

Often, the best result comes from a hybrid approach using a plugin with custom tweaks.
